:In your day-to-day role as aDecision Science manager,your responsibilities include:
What do you need to bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent), with 8+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 6+ years of professional experience in a related field.
Experience working in the fraud domain, with a demonstrated ability to take personal ownership of complex challenges.
Industry experience in payments, e-commerce, or financial services is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience is required.
A quick thinker with a fast learning ability, broad general knowledge, and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
Exceptional communication and soft skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to executive leadership.
