If you are passionate about cloud technologies, AWS is developing the next generation of cloud leaders through our Amazon Web Services (AWS) Commercial Sales Internship Program.

The roadmap includes a detailed and structured experience, designed to provide in-depth learning and hands-on experience in Cloud sales and AWS services, as well as the opportunity to deliver long-term impact through the assignment of a business project utilizing innovative approaches and cutting-edge AI-first solutions.

This paid internship will give you the chance to take on a unique internship project, enabling you to make a tangible impact and encourage you to build and innovate in the Amazonian way.

The program features a rotation structure, exposing you to different aspects of our organization and various AWS service areas.

Alongside this, you will be supported by members of our EMEA internship community, working in agile teams with access to mentoring, learning, and shadowing opportunities.

The program includes comprehensive training on AWS services, cloud computing concepts, AI-first methodologies, and hands-on practical exercises to solidify your learning.

You'll develop strategic thinking capabilities, GenAI proficiency, and stakeholder management skills essential for success in our rapidly evolving AI environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate learning agility, comfort with digital tools, and the ability to think strategically while remaining adaptable to new challenges and technologies that drive and grow AWS footprint with our customers.

A day in the life

• Learn about the AWS solution portfolio (including earning certifications like the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified AI Practitioner) and the Amazon culture, with special focus on AI services and innovative cloud solutions

• Rotation assignments across different business units and teams, collaborating with various team members to innovate

• Work within Agile methodologies to deliver impactful business projects

• Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value that can be delivered by AWS innovative solutions

• Differentiate and understand various IT roles and responsibilities in modern AI-first organizations



About the team

The internship starts in June 2026 and has a duration of 12 weeks.

Basic Qualifications

- Graduating from a Bachelor's or Master's degree during 2027

- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)

- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are required

Preferred Qualifications

- Passion for technology sales and AI-first solutions

- Strong interest in a technology sales career upon graduation with focus on innovative cloud and AI technologies

- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional Agile teams to achieve shared goals

- Well organized, self-motivated, and driven by success in innovative environments

- Interest in rotation-based learning and exposure to multiple business areas
